Seasonal Production Staff

The Virginia Arts Festival, entering its 16th season, is an 8 week festival with a 45-plus performance schedule. We are currently seeking experienced individuals for our Seasonal Production Staff. Experience in one or some of the following areas preferred: Stage Management, Carpentry, Wardrobe, Electrics, Company Management, Sound, General Run Crew, Event Management. Employment dates vary according to position and event, but can begin mid-April and continue through mid-June. Local applicants preferred but open to all to apply. Virginia International Tattoo Internships

Non-paying internships are available with the Administrative, Production and Operations departments of the Virginia International Tattoo.

These internships offer hands-on experience in working a variety of tasks. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and meet project deadlines. All positions also require good written and verbal communication skills. Interns must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel. An interest in international or cultural studies is a plus. The position requires working a minimum of 12 hours per week.
